The TPP agents asked that Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head sit down and chart their family tree for their files. Everything was going ok until they go to Mr. Potato Head’s grandfather, Old Red. Things became very confusing.

Mr. Potato Head discovered that his grandfather, Old Red, had married a widow named Rose Patata. Rose had a daughter with her previous husband, Mash Patata, named Tuberosa, but Mash fell victim to the Potato Bug Plague. Old Red’s father, Irish, married Tuberosa after Irish’s first wife, Tato Eies Skin, left him because of his gambling habit.

Now, this made Irish a son-in-law to Old Red and made Old Red’s step-daughter also his step-mother. Old Red and Rose had a baby son named, Tater Baby. Old Red’s son became a brother-in-law to Irish and this made Old Red’s baby, his own uncle as well as his son!

If Old Red’s baby was Old Red’s uncle and son, then the baby was also the brother of Old Red’s step-daughter, who is also Old Red’s step-mother.

Irish and Tuberosa had a daughter named, Casa Role Potato Head. This baby became Old Red’s grandchild because she was his step-daughter’s daughter. Old Red’s wife is his step-mother’s mother, but this makes her his grandmother as well.

From what we can tell, since Old Red is the husband of his grandmother, then Old Red is his own grandpa!
